Applied Spectra Staff to Exhibit and Present at Winter Plasma 2014
Winter Conference on Plasma Spectrochemistry, Jan 6-11 in Amelia Island, Florida
Stop by booth #44-45 at the 2014 Winter Conference on Plasma Spectrochemistry from January 6th-11th, in Amelia Island, Florida, to discover more about Applied Spectra’s full suite of laser-ablation analytical products. ASI will have members of our Application Team on site to talk more about the instruments and to give demos.
Applied Spectra Scientists’ Short Course
A short course hosted by ASI’s CEO, Dr. Richard E. Russo, and Director of Applications Laboratory Operations, Dr. Jhanis Gonzalez, will be held on Monday, January 6, 2013 from 7-11:00 pm at the 2014 Winter Conference on Plasma Spectrochemistry. The course is entitled “Laser Ablation Fundamentals, Applications, and Directions.” We hope to see you there!

About the Winter Conference on Plasma Spectrochemistry
The 2014 Winter Conference on Plasma Spectrochemistry, eighteenth in a series of biennial meetings sponsored by the ICP Information Newsletter, features developments in plasma spectrochemical analysis by inductively coupled plasma (ICP), dc plasma (DCP), microwave plasma (MIP), glow discharge (GDL, HCL), and laser sources. The meeting will be held Monday, January 6 through Saturday, January 11, 2014, in Amelia Island, Florida at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort.
Continuing education short courses at introductory and advanced levels and manufacturers’ seminars will be offered Friday through Monday, January 3 – 6. Spectroscopic instrumentation and accessories will be shown during a three-day exhibition from January 7 to 9, and workshops on New Plasma Instrumentation, Clinical ICP-MS, and Elemental Speciation methodology will be presented on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons.
